ANNOUNCEMENT – MAZARA DEL VALLO, WEEK OF PEACE AND SOLIDARITY 23 -28 MAY 2011

Prem Rawat in Mazara del Vallo on May 27  2011, during the Week of Peace and Solidarity.

On the occasion of an initiative promoted by the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo, which  involves the city’s students on the topics of peace and humanitarian activities through the “Prize for Peace-The Prem Rawat Foundation”, the Mayor  Hon. Nicolò Cristaldi organizes, in collaboration with TPRF and  Associazione Percorsi, the Week of Peace and Solidarity from May 23 to 28.
The week will feature exhibitions, projections and many other initiatives to promote the theme of the event, which will be especially focused on TPRF activities and the message of Prem Rawat in favour of peace, dignity and prosperity.

Entertainment activities, music and debates are also planned and, on the evening of May 27, Prem Rawat will speak in the central Piazza Mokarta, overlooking the sea.
The event “Prize for  Peace – The Prem Rawat Foundation” has received the following patronages: The High Patronage of the President of the Italian Republic, The Senate of the Republic, The Chamber of Deputies, The Ministry of Education, University and Research, The Ministry of Justice, The Ministry for  Equal Opportunity
